ABOUT

Samuel has operated at the intersection of people, sales and performance for over a decade. As the Founder of idwic, he helps leaders and businesses build resilience, unlock capacity and get the most from their people through talent consulting and resilience coaching.

His approach is shaped by fostering lasting commercial relationships, building a new market division from the ground up, advising hundreds of leaders on capacity, resilience and talent strategy, and founding Professionals Anonymous - a monthly networking event that's welcomed over 1,000 attendees. He's also served as a not-for-profit Board Member and Chamber of Commerce Memberships Director. In 2023, a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis reshaped how Samuel works and why.
