Desks and Meeting rooms are available to book 7 days in advance, subject to availability, via the booking site here.
Step 1: Choose Your Date
Use the top toolbar to select your desired date. Note: You can only book up to 7 days in advance.
Step 2: Select Your Space
- On the map, choose either a coworking desk or a meeting room available (indicated by a green dot).
- Click on the desired space to open a pop-up window.
- In the pop-up, select your desired start time. Enter a valid email address In the next pop up window click “Next”
- Proceed to the next window, complete the form including the start and end times of your booking, and cross check the date and selected space is correct. You will not be able to proceed if the required fields are not correctly completed. This form is only required to be completed with your first booking once your account is created.
- Your booking title should be the name of your business. For meeting rooms, the name of your business and purpose of meeting eg: Brisbane Business Hub – Project Briefing
- Agree to the terms and privacy policy.
Confirmation
- A confirmation email will be sent to your email with booking details and a link to confirm your account and set up a password for your Skedda account. This account lets you book and manage future bookings.
- If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Checking In
On the day of your booking, you will receive an email 5 hours before your start time to check in. You must check in and arrive at the BBH within 10 minutes of your start time to keep your booking.
