Katrina has a unique blend of 25 years as Founding CEO of an award-winning purpose-driven NFP organisation, together with a background in business, management, marketing, human resources and quality systems.

She knows how to create, build, nurture and sustain strong, positive, and impactful team dynamics, organisational culture and employee engagement over the long haul, whilst delivering on the strategic direction and mission of the organisation, juggling multiple stakeholder expectations and requirements through courageous leadership.

She enjoys working with SME’s, corporate teams, not-for-profit organisations, emerging leaders, managers and business owners with their leadership development, strategic planning; team dynamics; HR policy and quality management system.

Katrina is a qualified Human Resource specialist, with a Bachelor of Business Mgt (Marketing & Human Resources); is a qualified Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems and a Workplace Trainer and Assessor. She is also a Certified Consultant and Mentor with the Entrepreneurs Institute. Katrina is a professional member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.
