Katie has an extensive track record in delivering and supporting technology and business change. She is an execution specialist who delivers strategic value through co-designing solutions to business challenges. Katie has worked in various industries in Australia and overseas, including telecommunications, professional education, financial services and Government (QLD, NT).

A strong advocate for co-creation and collaborative working, Katie champions a people-centric approach to all technology and business change. Recent roles include working on the Sunsuper/QSuper merger, bringing their respective Advice teams together, and the National Fire Ant Eradication Program, using Remote Sensing Surveillance and AI to detect fire ant nests.

Katie started working life in a start-up telecommunications company in London, implementing contact centre solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. With more than 25 years in project delivery and strategy execution, her focus remains firmly on optimising the experiences of those on the receiving end of change, using human-centred design principles to deliver practical, achievable solutions.
