PRESENTERS

Elena Collett, Principal at Collett Law

Elena is a litigation and commercial lawyer with over 14 years of experience in private practice. She holds Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from QUT. She previously acted for a Queensland government department, various SMEs, professionals and consumers. Being a small business owner she has a great understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses on a day-to-day basis. She regularly volunteers with various community organisations and is passionate about educating business owners and consumers on relevant legal issues to improve access to justice.
