Barbara is the Director of Impact Business Consulting, a HR consultancy that works in the SME sector. With over 20 years of HR and management experience, Barbara provides advice, coaching, learning and development, and general HR support to her clients. Barbara holds two postgraduate qualifications in human resource management, leadership, and coaching, as well as a degree in business.
