Throughout her career with Commonwealth Bank, she has held leadership roles across Corporate, Commercial, Private and Small Business Banking, giving her deep expertise in business finance, lending, strategy and leadership.

As Executive Manager for Small Business Banking in Queensland, Prue leads state-wide teams that support thousands of small businesses to access funding, manage cash flow and achieve sustainable growth. She is passionate about championing the small business sector, recognising the vital role entrepreneurs and business owners play in driving innovation, employment and strong local communities.

Prue combines extensive commercial banking experience with a practical, customer-focused approach to coaching. She enjoys helping business owners navigate opportunities and challenges, providing guidance on growth, financial management, strategic decision-making and building resilience in an ever-changing business environment.

Committed to lifelong learning, Prue holds an Executive MBA from Queensland University of Technology, which included an entrepreneurship study tour at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston.
