Michael Pearson-Adams has been fortunate enough to work in a variety of fields that have shaped who he is today. Michael currently serves as the CEO of MPA Creatives, with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Brisbane, Australia, where they’re now based.

Michael spent a significant part of his career in the music industry, which has allowed him the opportunity to work with talented artists like Lenny Kravitz, Creed, Shakira, Eminem, Linkin Park, and Janet Jackson. It is a weird and wonderful industry that has given Michael a unique perspective on communication, branding and the world.

Michael then opened a gallery to launch his fine art photography business, MPA Fine Art Galleries. While this store is online, Michael is looking forward to opening a new gallery on Australia’s Sunshine Coast later in 2023.

Michael also works with Waves Audio, one of the largest audio software companies in the world. He is as a senior product development advisor and sometimes PM, where they’re creating new AI-focused creative tools. Michael is also serving currently as their Director of Training and Development.

Michael has also written two books as part of his ongoing effort to share his knowledge and experience with others.

Michael has always been passionate about communication and authenticity, and that led him to start his coaching service. Michael works with individuals to improve their presentation skills and help them build their personal brands.
