David has been an entrepreneur since the age of 19 when he started his own IT business. Since moving to Brisbane in 1990, David has started multiple businesses, including 8 Street Asian food court (3 locations), Sunlit Asian Supermarket (10 locations), Cloud 8 Karaoke, Takashiya fine dining Japanese restaurant and 8 Media group.

David is currently the Founder and GM of 8 media group.
