ABOUT

Brian brings over 30 years of leadership experience working in the Food Service (cafe, casual dining, Quick Service Restaurant) business environment with small to large organisations. He understands the importance of building a business wide strategic approach that supports effective ‘in-market’ execution to ensure brand success. Over the years he has been an independent small business owner, a franchisee, and worked for various national and international franchise brands, including Subway® as the Australian/NZ Regional Director (CEO).

Brian is passionate about helping businesses to develop and activate creative customer-focused solutions that enhance the customer experience and build brand awareness, generating increased sales and profits for the business. Over his years of industry experience, Brian has developed an effective combination of skills, knowledge and ‘hands on’ ability that he now brings to his role as a mentor.

He believes a successful mentoring relationship is about helping to develop solutions. His approach is based on building trust, listening and asking relevant questions to gain an understanding of the situation, sharing useful knowledge and experience, all while encouraging supportive and respectful discussion.
