Andrew is an FCPA with over 40 years of experience across small to medium and multinational business. His career has encompassed senior and executive roles in management and finance with IBM, The Walt Disney Company, Resources Global Professionals (a spin-off of Deloitte), an ASX listed IT company and local businesses and not for profits.

Andrew has filled numerous lead roles in the exit and sales transaction process – as the buyer, seller, carrying out of due diligence on acquisition targets, carrying out due diligence on behalf of a bank financing acquisitions, as the executive leader of a business pre and post sale and leading the business through the transition and earn out phases.

As co-founder of Business Exit Partners, Andrew is focused on guiding and empowering SME business owners to realise the potential of their exit or business sale and embracing the next chapter of their lives with purpose and vitality.
