Founder to CEO provides the coaching, workshops and peer support to help you understand how your role needs to evolve, test new leadership behaviours and identify the organisational changes that can support continued growth.
The Program supports you to move from being at the centre of day-to-day delivery towards leading through others, while developing a practical plan to continue your Founder to CEO transition beyond the Program.
