Hayley’s extensive experience with Outsource Institute, a leading vocational engineering education provider, gives her a unique perspective on bridging the gap between education and industry. Since joining the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) of Outsource Institute in 2014, she has worked closely with senior management to shape the company’s overall business strategy. As a mentor and advisor, she provides expertise on commercial, legislative, cultural, and regulatory matters, ensuring the organisation’s business continuity and long-term success.
In her role at Kyabra Community Association Inc., Hayley ensures compliance with the Associations Incorporation Act, collaborates with the Financial Controller, actively participates in Board meetings, and represents the Board at public functions—contributing to the organisation’s effective governance and broader community impact.
As a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) for nearly two decades, Hayley continues to give back to her community, offering her services to those in need. Her unique blend of hands-on business experience, educational expertise, and community engagement makes her a valued mentor at Brisbane Business Hub.
